This was an epic cake that was a three-in-one. This Wedding desert was to be in the shape of a Butterfly, with one half a spiced Carrot cake and the other half a spiked rum cake, with a Humming Bird Fruit Tart resting on top. It was a cake for the ages, and was consumed so fast no known pictures exist of this rare and exotic wedding cake.
